1. QA Officer - Batam
Responsibilities:
- The key objective is responsible to manage daily activities of Inbound/Outbound, loading, and ensure all cargo being received & loaded are correct in terms of amount, destinations in line with standard procedures & with good quality
Requirements:
- Male/Female, 23-30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline or in the related field.
- 2-3 years of working experience as QA/QC in manufacturing or logistics industry, preferably has knowledge in ISO 9001 implementation
- Willing to work in shift
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Honest, determine, energetic, pro-active and self-motivated
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power point)
- Willing to be located in Batam
2. Data Entry - Batam
Responsibilities:
- To perform and be responsible for transactions on daily order processing by WMS and, such as Outbound Order, Inbound Order, DO error report, Issuing DO, IDR transaction and other transactions related to WMS.
- To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date entry.
- To ensure proper filing system and other administrative duties.
- To liaise with Asst. Supervisor / Supervisor on operational problem and inventory accuracy.
- To perform any administrative duties as instructed by the Superior.
- To learn and understand all operational tasks, scope and knowledge involving central distribution function.
- To perform other job related functions as and when required
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School and above
- Diploma level preferred
- Computer illiterate
- Able to read, write and understood English
- Willing to be located in Batam
3. Operation Executive (Batam)
Responsibilities:
- Provides supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates work flow within Company/branch, including distributing work, disseminating information, assigning staff to cover absences, providing technical assistance, answering questions, and resolving problems within the work unit supervised.

- Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping areas including: Filling and shipping customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements (technical service, vendors, etc.), ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming goods and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders from, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities.
- Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
- Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by customer schedules and work flow.
- Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance.
- Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree/Higher diploma preferably in related field
- 2-3 years of working experience as in logistics industry
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Good command of English both oral and written
