We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us in the following area:
1. Electronic Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electronic hardware and firmware
- Create bill of materials for electronic parts
- Perform Design Verification Test (DVT)
- Design and route PCB
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience in Electronic Design
- Working knowledge in C programming, MCU, digital logic design and FPGA
- PCB design experience with Protel/Orcad/Mentor Graphics
- RF design experience is an advantage
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as in Bahasa Indonesia
2. Senior Test Engineer / Test Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Lead a section of Test Engineering to manage:
- Test Set Up
- Test Maintenance
- PCBA Debug
- Transfer Tester from HQ or Customer
- Communicate with Customer regarding requirement
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience in PCBA Test Engineering and Debug
- Experience in Tester SET-UP, Maintenanc and Debug
- Knowledge in Agilent and Teradyne ICT Machine
- Knowledge in ICT Software, CTT, Labview, MS Access Software
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as in Bahasa Indonesia
3. Component Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Create and Maintain VPL using Part Library Manager
- PCB, CAD and Gerber data analyzing
- Combining and linking BOM versus X-Y SMT data
- Managing specific client and project
- Maintaining the good relation and coordination with other related departments
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineer
- At least 3 years of working experience in EMS company
- Experience in Valor system
- PCB design experience with Protel/Orcad/mentor Graphics
- Good management (time, document, project)
- Candidate must be fluent for both written and spoken in English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
4. Assistant Product Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Manage Product Transfer and Project Schedule
- Create and maintain the BOM including ECN
- Perform First Article Approval for Electronics/Mechanical parts
- Technical documents review and upload into system
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduate from reputable university is welcome to apply.
- Having good knowledge on Electronics/Mechanical parts
- Having basic knowledge on project development process
- Candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken English as well as Bahasa Indonesia
- Candidate must willing to work in Batam
5. Quality Assurance Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Liase with customer/supplier or relevant department on quality issue
- Implementation and maintenance of corrective action administration of RMA/customer complain/NCMR FA/root cause analysis, generation of 8D, report SPC/CPK computation, DPPM maintenance, PCP generation and maintenance.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience for quality assurance/quality control in manufacturing
- Experience in basic quality control system and administration, ISO and related standard
- Experience in SPC liasing with customer and supplier on quality issue
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Background knowledge as quality assurance/quality control supervisor in PCBA is preferred
