ADMINISTRATION STAFF
Ranai - Natuna
Requirements:- Fresh Graduated, or max 1 year experience,
- Min. S1 / Bachelor degree with any background:
- Intermediate skills of computer programs:
- Office: word, excel, power point
- Have a consistency , tidy , initiative interpersonal
- Provide and organize sourcing administrative matters such as Quotation, Contract, Service Order, Purchase Order, Invoice and other required documents related to Client
- Assist Base Manager in correspondence and liaison with Client and Subcontractor
- Assist Base Manager to monitor and follow up Contract progress from Client liaise with Contract Department
- Prepare written responses to routine enquiries and record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Provide assistance to arrange stationery request and stock
- Assist Base Manager to obtain, check and review Supporting Document for invoicing purpose
- Assist Base Manager to obtain, check, review and record Report ; Daily Report, Petty Cash Report, Job Closing Report
