As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking for qualified, highly motivated, innovative, high integrity and energetic persons to fill the vacancies in our facilities in Batamindo Industrial Park, Batam, Indonesia.

1. Sealing Equipment & Tooling Engineer
Responsibilities:

• To Develop and upgrade the RF heating (inducting heating with pyrometer control) system
• To upgrade the high vacuum pump (turbo molecular pump) system & spare-parts
• To adopt and implement new technologies (components, controller and parts) of RF heating, turbo vac and PLCs
• To design new assembly tooling
• Create, update and validate Maintenance Procedure and its necessary detail components

Requirements:

• Possess Degree majoring in Mechanical / Mechatronik Engineering
• Familiarity with AutoCAD 2D & 3D, vacuum technologies, RF heaters with pyrometer control, PLC Siemens series
• Hands on experience in designing of mechanical jigs and fixtures
• Good Communications skills and able to work with vendors
• Posses minimum 2 years experience in similiar industry
• Ability to converse and writting in English is compulsary
• Possess initiative, drive and able to work independently
• Able to work well with other departments
• Lean and six sigma Green Belt trained / certified are preferred
• Familiarity with TPM is preferred

2. Process Engineer - Mechanical
Responsibilities:

• To Design and work with vendor on mechanical jig and fixtures fabrication
• To improve the existing yield, reduce scrap
• To improve process capability, reduce process variation
• Manage cost saving projects
• Create process Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

• Possess Degree majoring in Mechanical / Mechatronisc Engineering
• Familiar with AutoCAD 2D & 3D
• Handson experience in designing of mechanical jigs and fixtures
• Good communication skills and able to work with vendors
• Possess minimum 2 years experience in a similiar industry
• Ability to converse and written in English is compulsory
• Possess initiative, drive and able to work independently
• Able to work well with other departments
• Lean and six sigma Green Belt Trained / certified are preferred
• Familiarity with statistical tool for manufacturing (FMEA, SPC, CpK, DOE, etc) is preferred
