Tenancy Supervisor

Kepulauan Riau

Responsibilities:

• Preparing documents comply with procedure
• Maintain database
• Maintain relationship with tenants
• Document controller

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required skills correspondence, negotiation and communication.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

Remuneration:

• Competitive salary and benefits will commensurate with past experience. Housing, transportation, meals, medical benefit and insurance are provided.
