1. QA Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Establishes Quality Assurance Procedures that ensure produced items conform to pre-established standards and that product capability parameters are maintained at their inherent design level during the pilot and production phases;
- Implements and maintains systems to control quality of production processes and audits product/systems;
- Participates in planning and execution of problem solving studies to determine root causes, effects or problems, and monitor effectiveness of corrective action implementation. Uses statistical methods including design of experiments to assist in problem solving efforts; Prepare 8D reports on failed units
- Participates in quality improvement initiative through implementation and training of SPC, continuous improvement cycle (plan, do, check,, act), Pareto Charts, and cause and effects diagrams, histograms, control charts, scatter diagrams, checklists, and other statistical tools;
- Reports quality information such as test results Cpk indices, etc., to management;
- Performs gauge and process capability studies on assembly processes to quantify repeatability, reproducibility, statistical control, etc., as directed;
- Participates in the material review process and assists in maintaining a system for scrap accounting, disposal, and use of written documentation for rework;
- Confers with and works with engineering and manufacturing personnel to resolve problems relative to products’ designs, specifications, materials, tooling, and production operations affecting quality;
- Assists product inspection/test.
- Performs failure analysis following the 8D guidelines
- Coordinates PPAP submissions to customers
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering with three to ten (ten) years professional engineering experience in Quality Control/Assurance Product Reliability and laboratory test procedures is required. ASQC certification preferred. Must have a working knowledge of computers and their industrial application preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential focused on continuous improvements.
- Profound computer skills; Microsoft Office Package
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Global Casco Company.
- Language skills: An excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
2. Logistic Manager
Responsibilities:
- Expertise of international logistic systems for high volume import and export of goods
- Plan, control and improve continuously the Processes in the area’s incoming goods, storage, consignment and package.
- Ensure material is received on a timely basis and entered correctly into the system.
- Measuring KPI’s and create and execute appropriate action plans, prepare statistics and report
- Safeguarding of the customer needs and control of the transacted transfer orders referring to Quality guidelines.
- Safeguarding of a smooth operational procedure relating to correct invoicing, and handling customs and cargo.
- Control compliance with TS169649, ISO14001, and other applicable regulatory and industry related regulations and requirements.
- Lead and motivate the logistic team
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Requires a degree in Transport and Logistics, or related field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Requires experience as Logistic Manager with proven leadership abilities.
- Applicant must possess the ability to work hands-on, be flexible, analytical and open minded and customer service oriented.
- Must be familiar with computer software and possess basic computer skills.
- Profound computer skills; Microsoft Office Package
- Language skills: An excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia is required, any additional skill is an asset
